Pre-order Items: For exclusive items like our "Hate Sin Hoodie," expect your order to ship within 15-45 business days after the pre-order window closes. Pre-order windows usually end on Fridays for that week's batch.

Pre-made Orders: Your order will be processed and shipped within 1 week.

All sales are final, and we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for our products or services. Exceptions to this policy may only be made in cases of product defects or shipping errors. In such cases, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue

Hoodies take anywhere from 15-42 business days to ship, this is the typical process:

Week 1: Order Placed

Week 2: Production Start

Week 3: Mid Production

Week 4: Production End 

Week 5: Shipped to us 

Week 6/7: Shipped to you 

If you haven't received a tracking # that means we haven't shipped your order yet. Please refer to the "WHAT IS THE PRE-ORDER PROCESS ABOVE"
